Admin Credentials Management
The WordPress admin credentials will be securely managed. Only authorized team members will have access to them. These credentials will be stored using a secure password manager to avoid loss or unauthorized access. Passwords will never be shared through insecure channels and will be reviewed periodically.
Backup System
Automatic backups will be made weekly to ensure the website can be recovered in case of errors or attacks. Additional backups will also be created before applying major changes. All backups will be stored in two different locations: a cloud storage service and an external physical device, to ensure a reliable recovery option.
User Password Policy
All WordPress users must follow basic rules to create strong passwords:
- Minimum of 10 characters
- Must include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
- No simple or repeated passwords
- Passwords must be changed every 6 months
It is also recommended not to save passwords automatically on shared devices.
