Ensure the physical and operational security of Offtube’s facilities, protecting both people and technological resources. This plan includes security measures for work areas, IT systems, and internal networks to prevent unauthorized actions and minimize external risks.
2. AREAS OF ACTION 📍
Physical security of the premises
Building access: Implementation of a controlled access system with electronic cards. Only authorized personnel will be allowed entry to different company areas.
Security doors and windows: Installation of reinforced doors and safety-glass windows to prevent unauthorized access. Sensitive areas such as the server room or storage will have dual-lock security systems.
Security camera monitoring: Placement of security cameras at entrances and other strategic locations (e.g., tech storage). Footage will be stored for 30 days for review if needed.
Protection of technological equipment (servers, routers, switches)
Secure server and network device location: Servers and network devices (router, switch) will be housed in a locked room with restricted access. Only authorized technical staff will have access.
Protection from surges and short circuits: Power protection strips will be installed to prevent electrical damage. Devices will be connected to an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to avoid sudden shutdowns.
